ListProse is an AI-assisted copywriting tool for licensed real estate professionals. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what content and uses are not allowed when you use our services. By using ListProse, you agree to use it only for lawful, professional purposes as described below.

1. Allowed Use

You may use ListProse to generate marketing copy — MLS descriptions, social media posts, follow-up emails, and similar real estate marketing materials — for properties you are authorized to market as a licensed real estate professional (or with such a professional's authorization).

2. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use ListProse to:

• Violate fair housing laws. Generate or publish copy that discriminates against any protected class under federal, state, or local fair housing law, or that encourages others to do so.
• Falsify property information. Intentionally misrepresent property facts, features, square footage, condition, or pricing in generated copy.
• Produce unlawful content. Generate defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, or otherwise unlawful material.
• Impersonate others. Generate content that impersonates individuals, brokerages, or brands without authorization.
• Circumvent platform rules. Use generated copy to violate the terms of any MLS, listing platform, or social media service.
• Resell or redistribute. Repackage, resell, or redistribute the service or its outputs as a competing product without our written consent.
• Automated abuse. Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or other technical protections of the service.

3. Human Review

ListProse is a risk-reduction assistant, not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all output before publication. Compliance with applicable law — including fair housing law — remains your responsibility as the licensed professional.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of this policy. We may also remove content that we reasonably believe violates this policy.

5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
